This architect house set in a wooded garden, offers a panoramic view of the Reginu valley and the surrounding mountains. Entirely air-conditioned, there is a private parking area in the estate, a heated swimming pool and whirlpool.
Villa Madrale is located 5 km from the Paoline City L’Ile Rousse, back from the hustle and bustle of the village, while still being right in the center of Santa Reparata. This architect house is set on a wooded plot of 1 100 m² and offers a panoramic view of the water plan of the dam of Reginu and the surrounding mountains of the hinterland. Entirely air-conditioned and equipped of an anti-intruder alarm system, the house offers 140 m² living space, three private parking places inside the estate, a heated swimming pool (4×7) and whirlpool space.
The house was designed for the absolute comfort of its guests, combining the authenticity of its architecture and the modernity of the equipments to offer an exceptional holiday in a true haven of beauty.

An outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool space, beach pool including a shower, sunbeds, parasols, a barbecue and/or plancha and a table for 8 people.
The Ile-Rousse living area where Villa Madrale is located has a network of 84 kilometers of walking / hiking trails of different levels with routes ranging from 45 min (2.5 kms – 60m of elevation+) to 2 days (40 kms – 1600m of elevation+).
You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a hiking guide grouping these different routes. Note that loop 11 (11 kms – 4:30 – 600m elevation+) starts directly from Villa Madrale.

La Balagne is a privileged starting point for sea excursions (to the east, the beaches of Saleccia, Lodu and Agriates, to the west, the Scandola nature reserve, the fishing port of Girolata…), we work with a professional in the rental of rigid (Boston whaler) and semi-rigid (Capelli) boats with or without a skipper, as well as habitables (Jeanneau; Prestige; Fiart) with skippers.
